We are sorry that you feel that you need to raise a complaint with us, but will ensure that your complaint is fully investigated and reviewed in line with our Practice complaints policy available on our website.

Complaints should normally be made within 12 months of an incident or of the matter coming to your attention. You should expect an acknowledgement and the offer of a discussion about the handling of your complaint within due course.
